In addition to that, if the pair of shoes that you ordered is the wrong size, Tieks will send you another pair free of charge before the original order is returned so that you can try out both pairs side-by-side. Talk about a great service!
In addition to providing excellent customer service, the company is very engaged with customers. Tieks' moto is "tell us where your Tieks have taken you" and customers are encouraged to upload photos of their Tieks to the company's website, their Facebook page, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram. The comany's Facebook page is filled with comments from happy customers and photos of customers wearing their Tieks. There are photos of Tieks "traveling" around the world, bridal parties wearing the shoes at weddings, teal boxes under Christmas trees, etc. In addition to that, the company responds to every single Facebook and Twitter post! The company also does a great job promoting their products on social media. Each post receives thousands of likes and comments from very excited customers.

In order for a company to be successful and remain on their customer's minds, customer engagement is extremely important. Tieks does a great job interacting with their customers, which results in many happy customers wanting to share their Tieks experiences with the world and other Tieks fans!
I've never heard of this company until now, and it sounds amazing! I'm really need to check it out. I love how costumer oriented they are, because that'll bring in continued business along with recommendations for new customers. Thanks for the fabulous info!

DeleteWhat a good example of innovative marketing and targeting your buyer. Who would have thought of posting where your shoes have taken you? My guess is ballet dancers find their Tieks traveling around the world Facebook page very interesting.
